After a decade of work in International Hospitality, Fernanda Moreno Harcha extends the prowess to the city of Miami. Tailoring her nuanced expertise in client relationships and signature, personal style, to the industry of luxury real estate, Fernanda has established a ubiquitous brand of work ethic and connectivity between two of the east coast's most important cities.
Born in Mexico City and of Chilean descent, Fernanda has lived and worked in the world's most vibrant cities. After receiving her degree in Hotel Management from NYU, Fernanda managed the likes of Soho House and Morgan's Hotel Group in cities from Oslo to Dubai.
With such an exciting international background, Fernanda found early success in the Real Estate industry, shaping her extensive experience in client management to a relationship driven, results focused business. Her vast network of global connections and seamless integration with one of New York's most powerful real estate teams was inevitable.
Having moved to Miami as a teenager, she spent much of her formidable years understanding and interacting with one of the country's most unique environments; a city of the United States, at the center of Latin America. Her subsequent experiences in New York City, followed by an extensive mix of international placements, have truly shaped her cultural knowledge, and remain responsible for the care with which she provides her consultation.
Fernanda serves on the board at Arts for Learning, is an avid practitioner of yoga, and a dedicated pescetarian, who devotes much of her time to Miami philanthropy.
For those who are lucky enough to work with Fernanda the distinction is quite clear; you are in the hands of an elite broker, a cut above the rest.
