Jacky Teplitzky Will Speak on Real Estate at New York CPA Meeting

Jacky Teplitzky, an executive vice president at Douglas Elliman, is a featured presenter at the New York State Society of CPAs’ Real Estate Conference. The conference will take place at the Yale Club of New York, 50 Vanderbilt Ave., on Jan. 12, 2004. Teplitzky will discuss ‘Current Trends in the Residential Market.’ Her presentation, which will start at 8:30 am, will address key residential real estate issues and trends, both existing and emerging. Teplitzky will also provide a year-end overview of the Manhattan market and forecast how influential market patterns from 2003 will impact the industry in 2004. “The New York State Society of CPAs, the oldest and largest accounting association in the nation, is very excited to have someone of Ms. Teplitzky’s caliber as part of our seminar roster,” says Don A. Kiamie, the society’s conference co-chair and the chief executive officer of Windsor Management Corporation. “Her insight will prove beneficial to all those who attend.”
